- A bank account shall be opened in the name of "Southport & West Lancs Prostate Cancer Support Group". Any one of two signatures being required to withdraw money i.e. Treasurer or nominated Committee Member. (Approved signatories cannot be related to one another).
- The Treasurer shall be responsible for keeping accurate and comprehensive records of Group accounts and these shall be presented for approval be members at the Annual General Meeting or at any time, given adequate notice by the Group Management Committee.
- The Group financial year shall be 1st January to 31st December.
- The Group shall comply with their obligations under the Charities Act 1993 (or any statutory re-enactment or modification of that Act) with regard to the preparation of an Annual Report and its transmission to the Commission.
